The Haven is dedicated to providing shelter and finding loving homes for abused, neglected, and homeless animals. We treat every animal in our care with love, respect, and professional medical attention.
Why We Are Here
Serving our community since 2000, we operate as a 501(c)3 non-profit committed to the welfare of local pets. We believe in transparency and community responsibility, working in concert with the City of Fairhope to address pet overpopulation and promote a culture of kindness.
How We Care
As a no-kill animal shelter, we provide a safe sanctuary for companion cats and dogs regardless of how long it takes to find their perfect family. We do not euthanize animals that are healthy or have treatable illnesses and behavioral challenges. Our dedicated team and volunteers work tirelessly to ensure that every resident receives consistent, compassionate care until they transition to their forever homes.
