Greener Days Ahead Rescue is dedicated to a world where people and animals coexist in an ethical and sustainable ecosystem. We strive to protect animals, promote effective welfare initiatives, and ensure that every companion in our care finds a path to a better tomorrow.
Our Story
Our passion for animal protection began long before we officially became a 501(c)3 rescue in 2015. Inspired by our Director’s lifelong commitment to rescuing animals in need, we have spent years mentoring with shelters and clinics to build a foundation of compassion and expertise. We are driven by the belief that every animal deserves a second chance, regardless of their past.
How We Help
We take in homeless, abandoned, and owner-surrendered animals as space permits, prioritizing their health and well-being above all else. Every animal in our program is fully vetted, spayed or neutered, microchipped, and started on heartworm prevention before they are ready for their new families. By relying on the support of our community through donations and grants, we are able to provide the rehabilitation and care our rescues deserve.

By gathering information about your lifestyle and preferences, we help place our adoptable dogs and cats into loving, permanent homes where they can thrive.
