The Humane Society of Tampa Bay is dedicated to providing safe shelter, medical care, and food for homeless and at-risk animals in our community. We believe every animal deserves a second chance at a happy life, and we are here to make that possible through our commitment to compassion and excellence.

Since our inception, we have served as a vital resource for Tampa Bay by supporting both animals and the families who love them. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we operate independently to ensure that pets in need receive the care they deserve while creating a more humane community for us all.
How We Help
Our work goes far beyond adoption; we operate two campuses—in Tampa and Clearwater—to provide comprehensive support, including a full-service animal hospital, spay/neuter services, and TNVR programs for feral cats. We also utilize a robust foster network to give pets a safe, loving place to thrive while they wait for their forever homes, ensuring every animal receives the individualized attention they need.
