Taylor County Humane Society
Our Mission
The Taylor County Humane Society is dedicated to providing compassionate care and finding loving, forever homes for animals in need. We believe every pet deserves a second chance at a happy, healthy life.
Who We Are
Located in Grafton, West Virginia, our organization serves the community by operating as a dedicated shelter for local animals. We are proudly powered by a passionate team of volunteers who work tirelessly to ensure each animal receives the attention and care they deserve until they find their perfect match.
How We Operate
Our shelter is run entirely by a hardworking volunteer team committed to animal welfare. Because we operate as a volunteer-driven facility, we prioritize clear and efficient communication through our email at taylorcodogs@gmail.com and our official Facebook page. This transparent approach helps us coordinate effectively with our community and potential adopters.
Your Partner in Adoption
Adoption is the start of a beautiful journey, and we are here to help you find your new best friend. We take pride in ensuring our pets are ready for their new homes by including spay/neuter services, vaccinations, deworming, flea/tick prevention, and health testing in our adoption fee. Whether you are a local resident or looking to adopt from out-of-state, we welcome your inquiry.
Find Your New Friend
We invite you to explore our current residents by visiting our Petfinder page. Once you have found a companion who speaks to your heart, you can easily begin the process by filling out our online adoption application. We look forward to helping you welcome a new member into your family.
