Our History and Heart
Since our inception in 2017, our grassroots efforts have saved thousands of lives. We are driven by a community of dedicated Rescue Warriors—volunteers, fosters, and donors—who work tirelessly to ensure that Asheville’s animals receive the second chance they deserve.
A Different Approach to Rescue
We are a proud foster-based rescue, meaning we do not operate a traditional physical shelter. By keeping our animals in loving foster homes, we ensure they receive individualized care, socialization, and plenty of snuggles while awaiting their forever families, allowing us to help more animals in need.
