K9 Kindness Rescue, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to the rescue and adoption of all breeds of dogs. We are committed to providing each animal with appropriate veterinary care and a safe, loving environment.
Our Journey
Since our founding in April 2004, we have been busy saving lives and making happy tails across the Midwest. By pulling dogs from kill shelters and accepting owner surrenders, we work hard to ensure every furry friend receives the second chance they truly deserve.
How We Operate
We are a foster-based rescue, meaning we do not maintain a traditional shelter location. Instead, our dogs live in loving foster homes, which allows our team to learn more about each dog's personality while providing personalized care until they find their perfect match.
Your Role in Our Family
We believe in completing families by placing our rescue dogs into forever homes where they can truly thrive. Our dedicated team ensures every dog is up to date on shots, heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, and is altered before joining your household, helping them put their best paw forward.
