Our Story
Since our inception in 1977, we have been a dedicated, private, non-profit shelter based in Bemidji, Minnesota. We envision a society of responsible animal guardians where every animal is treated with the respect and care they deserve.
How We Help
We provide high-quality care, enrichment, and medical support for our shelter pets, including low-cost spay/neuter services through our Pet Fixers program. By practicing managed intake, we ensure that every animal in our care receives the time, energy, and individual attention they need to thrive while awaiting their perfect match.
