Our Mission
At Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League, we are dedicated to providing shelter to lost, homeless, and unwanted animals while actively working to find them quality, loving homes. We strive to advocate for animal welfare, community education, and the special bond between people and their companion animals.
A History of Compassion
Founded in 1924, our organization grew from a small, dedicated group of people in Palm Beach helping animals left behind by seasonal visitors. Over the past century, we have expanded from modest beginnings into a state-of-the-art resource center serving all of Palm Beach County.
How We Care for Animals
We are an independent, 501(c)(3) non-profit that relies on the generosity of our community to provide comprehensive medical services and shelter. Our campus features a modern Pet Adoption Center and the Jane and Robert Grace Pavilion, which houses our advanced veterinary clinic for spay, neuter, and essential medical care.
