Since 1911, we have proudly served as one of the oldest non-profit agencies in Butte County, California. For over a century, our doors have been open to the lost, the scared, and the forgotten, offering a safe haven where animals can rediscover their joy.
Our Approach
As a limited-admission shelter, we strive to make our animals as comfortable as possible while they wait for their forever homes. Our dedicated team of staff and volunteers provides high-quality care, and we complement our shelter efforts with vital community programs, including affordable spay and neuter services and a pet food pantry.
