Our Commitment to Rockland County
Four Legs Good has operated the RG CARES facility since September 2023, marking a new chapter for animal welfare in Rockland County. We were founded by a dedicated group of volunteers driven to make a tangible difference in the lives of feral, homeless, and abandoned animals.
A Higher Standard of Care
We are proud to be a no-kill shelter dedicated to the most humane treatment of our residents. Our approach prioritizes exceptional care standards, robust community partnerships, and daily enrichment, including play and socialization. Beyond our shelter walls, we also lead comprehensive Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return (TNVR) programs to manage community cat populations humanely and effectively.
