Pets Alive WNY is an all-volunteer, 501(c)(3) animal rescue dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and re-homing stray, abandoned, and neglected animals. We believe that every life counts and every life matters as we strive to build lasting bonds between pets and their forever families.
Operating primarily within Niagara and Northern Erie County, we focus on areas where the need for rescue is especially great. As a volunteer-run organization, we are deeply committed to protecting the health, safety, and welfare of companion animals through community outreach and thoughtful stewardship.
We provide a safe haven for over 100 cats and kittens, ensuring they receive nutritious food, medical care, and the daily socialization they need to thrive. Whether they are kittens, seniors, or cats with special needs, our volunteers work tirelessly to provide a high standard of care while they await their forever homes.
What sets us apart is our deep commitment to thoughtful matchmaking. Because we truly know our animals' unique personalities, energy levels, and quirks, we take a case-by-case approach to ensure every cat finds the perfect environment. By carefully matching each pet to the right household, we create higher success rates and foster long-lasting, joyful partnerships.
