The REAL Bark is a registered 501c3 non-profit dog rescue group based in Los Angeles. Our name captures our core philosophy: we are a Responsible, Ethical, Animal, League. For years, we have been proud to take on the most difficult cases, because we believe that with the right support, anything is possible.
We operate as a community-faced organization, relying on a vital network of volunteers and foster parents to provide day-to-day care. By mentoring new fosters and supplying essential food and medical support, we create the space needed to save more lives. We do not just focus on rescue; we advocate and educate to empower our neighbors to better support their own companion animals.
