Our Mission
Cat Crew Rescue is a dedicated, all-volunteer nonprofit organization committed to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming homeless cats and kittens. We believe that by working together, we can make a difference in the lives of vulnerable animals in Bergen County and beyond.
Our Roots and Community
Our journey began with a simple, compassionate desire to help those in need, rooted in a lifelong passion for animal welfare. We serve our community by addressing the needs of stray and feral cats through active support for Trap, Neuter, and Release (TNR) initiatives and community education.
A Boutique, Foster-Based Approach
We operate as a small, boutique rescue, meaning our cats are never kept in cages. Instead, they live comfortably in private foster homes, where they are socialized with families, children, and other pets, ensuring they are well-prepared for their transition to a forever home.
The Adopter Connection
We are dedicated to thoughtful matchmaking, ensuring every feline companion fits your unique personality, lifestyle, and home. Every cat in our care receives a homemade blanket to keep, providing a familiar sense of security during their move, and we remain a committed support system for our adopters long after the adoption is finalized.
