Our Mission
Our mission is to change their world one rescue at a time. We are dedicated to providing every animal a chance to become a happy, healthy, and adoptable companion pet.
Our Story and Purpose
Since our inception in 2014, Beauties & Beasts has worked tirelessly to break the cycle of abuse and neglect for cats and dogs in our community. Based in Wichita, Kansas, we are a volunteer-led nonprofit committed to advocating for animals at risk of euthanasia and promoting animal welfare through education and outreach.
How We Care
We believe in loving all animals—regardless of breed, age, medical history, or behavior—the same. To provide the best environment possible, we maintain a private boarding facility for about 50 dogs, while hundreds of other animals reside in our loving network of foster homes. This foster-based model allows us to care for 300 to 350 animals at any given time, ensuring they receive the individual care they need as they await their forever families.

There is a place, near South Broadway and 71st in Haysville, for animals often on a last path ahead.
4/11 - East High students take part in annual ACES Day of community service
One student said his class was raising money for Beauties and Beasts, a local shelter that rescues and protects animals at risk of being euthanized.
