The Humane Society of Tampa Bay is dedicated to creating a more humane Tampa Bay by providing shelter for homeless and at-risk animals while offering high-quality medical, adoption, and community support services. We believe that every pet deserves a safe, loving home and the professional care they need to thrive.

In a milestone moment for our community, the Humane Society of Tampa Bay and the Humane Society of Pinellas have joined forces to unite our resources and expand our impact. By working together at our multiple campuses, we are able to reach more animals in need and offer a wider range of essential services to the pets and families who rely on us.
Providing Compassionate Care
We operate as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that serves as a vital resource for both animals and their guardians. Beyond our shelter services, we provide comprehensive veterinary care, spay/neuter services, and community programs like our Animeals initiative, which delivers food to homebound residents to ensure pets can stay with their loving families. Whether through our medical hospital or our shelter operations, our team is committed to the health and well-being of every animal.
