Since 1883, we have served the Columbus area with a commitment to kindness and expert care. As an independent, private non-profit organization, we rely on the support of our community to carry out our vital work for over 140 years.

Our dedicated team of professionals and over 450 volunteers work daily to provide a safe, nurturing environment for the animals in our care. Within our newly renovated facility, we offer comprehensive medical attention, enrichment programs, and a state-of-the-art hospital to ensure every animal receives the highest quality of life while they wait for their forever homes.
