Happy Go Lucky Mastiff Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing a safe haven for abandoned, abused, and neglected dogs. We help these animals recover, heal, and learn that humans can be trusted as they prepare for a future in a loving, forever home.

How We Operate
As a 501(c)(3) organization, we operate as a rescue that depends entirely on the generosity of our supporters to continue our mission. While we maintain a main rescue location in Flintstone, MD, our dogs are situated throughout Maryland, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania. We are proud of the dedicated team led by our President, Missy Morgan, and our VP, Tasha Conard, who oversee the daily care and operations for all our rescues.
