Our Mission

At Furball Farm Cat Sanctuary, our mission is to end the suffering of unwanted cats. We are dedicated to providing a safe, compassionate haven where every cat in our care receives the love and support they deserve.

Our Commitment to Cats

Founded in Faribault, Minnesota, our sanctuary exists to serve cats that have been left behind. We recognized a pressing community need to support unsocialized and feral cat populations, which is why we provide a specialized environment and an active spay/neuter program to help stop overpopulation at its source.

How We Operate

We provide a stable sanctuary facility for over 350 cats, ensuring each resident is fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and cared for by our dedicated team. Our facility is a non-profit, tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization that relies on the hard work of our staff and volunteers to maintain a clean and healthy environment for our fur babies.

Finding Your Forever Friend

Our goal is to find loving, permanent homes for the cats that learn to trust us. Many of our residents have had difficult histories and may have never experienced human kindness, so we look for adopters who are willing to offer patience and understanding as their new companion adjusts to life in a home.
