Our Mission
People For Cats is dedicated to the care and wellbeing of homeless cats, providing them with a safe haven while they wait for their forever homes. We strive to connect compassionate people with feline companions who are ready to share their lives.
Who We Are
Founded on the principle of helping those in need, our organization serves the community by providing a bridge for cats transitioning from homelessness to domestic comfort. We operate from our shelter facility located at 44 Beagle Lane in Teaticket, serving as a dedicated hub for rescue, care, and support for local cats.
How We Help
Our organization functions as a shelter-based rescue, providing daily care to our feline guests. Beyond housing, we actively support the community by offering resources for stray and feral cat management, spay/neuter assistance, and guidance for cat owners, ensuring that our local feline population remains healthy and cared for.

We believe that successful adoptions are built on thoughtful connections and clear communication. Our adoption process is designed to ensure every cat finds a compatible, loving home, which is why we guide potential adopters through a pre-approval application process before introducing them to our residents.
