Since 1948, we have proudly served our community for over 75 years, acting as a non-profit organization that offers a helping paw to those in need. As a 501(c)(3) corporation, we rely on the compassion of our supporters to maintain our facility and provide essential medical treatments and daily care for our residents.

Located at 13860 Dog Kennel Lane in Carthage, Missouri, our shelter is a place where animals receive high-quality attention while they wait for their forever homes. We ensure that every animal is fully vaccinated and spayed or neutered before adoption to set them up for a healthy and happy future. We believe in being a safe, reliable resource for pet owners and adopters alike.

Get Involved

We invite you to visit our shelter between Tuesday and Saturday, 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm, to meet our wonderful adoptable animals in person.
