At Friends of the Animals, our mission is to protect, care for, and find loving homes for animals in need. We are dedicated to providing compassionate shelter, quality veterinary care, and a voice for those who cannot speak for themselves.
Who We Are
Located in Tipton, Iowa, we serve as one of the only shelters in Cedar County. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, our dedicated staff and volunteers work tirelessly to create a future where every animal is safe, valued, and loved.
How We Help
We care for animals of all ages and situations, from newborns to seniors and those with special needs. By utilizing a blend of shelter care and a robust foster program, we provide a safe transition for animals as they wait to find their forever families.
