The Clinton County Humane Society is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to providing loving, safe homes for the cats, kittens, puppies, and dogs in our care. Our primary goal is to ensure every animal we touch finds a bright, happy future with a family to call their own.
We are a community-focused organization operating out of our facility in Breese, Illinois. Because we do not receive any funding from taxes or associations, we rely entirely on the generosity of the community through charitable donations and fundraisers to keep our doors open and our animals healthy.
Our dedicated team works hard to provide a comfortable environment for our animals while they wait for their forever families. We also depend on a vital network of foster volunteers who help us provide individualized care for pets in need. If you have room in your heart and home, we are always looking for more foster heroes to join our mission.
Adoption is the start of a wonderful, lifelong partnership, and we are here to help you find your new best friend. We encourage all potential adopters to follow us on Facebook to see our current residents and stay updated on the latest arrivals. We hold regular meet-and-greets throughout the month to ensure that every transition into a new home is as smooth and joyful as possible.
Whether you are ready to adopt, interested in becoming a foster volunteer, or looking to support us through donations, we would love to hear from you. Visit our website to view our latest forms, or reach out to us directly to schedule an appointment. Together, we can make a lasting difference for the animals of Clinton County.
