At the Branson Humane Society, our mission is to aid in the alleviation of distress and suffering of animals, while promoting their humane treatment through protection, placement, and public education. We are dedicated to saving lives one at a time and ensuring every animal receives the love and care they deserve.
Founded in 2017, our organization works to meet the needs of homeless dogs and cats in the Branson, Missouri area. By partnering with local entities like Taney County Animal Control and the City of Branson Animal Control, we provide a vital safety net for animals in need.
Our adoption center operates seven days a week to ensure the highest standards of care. Beyond our facility, we are proud to offer Snip City Branson, a low-cost spay and neuter clinic designed to reduce pet overpopulation. Our life-saving efforts are sustained by our dedicated staff, volunteers, and the vital support of our two local thrift stores, which help fund essential medical care and daily operations.
Adopting a pet is a rich, rewarding experience that creates a lifetime of companionship. We believe in thoughtful matching, ensuring that you are fully prepared for the long-term commitment of pet ownership. Our team is here to help you understand the responsibilities of pet care, including time, budget, and lifestyle considerations, to ensure a perfect fit for both you and your new family member.
We invite you to visit our adoptable animals page to find your next best friend.
