Founded with deep roots in Maryland's animal welfare community, we are a revitalized organization committed to integrity and transparency. Following a complete board and leadership overhaul in 2020, we have been hard at work rebuilding our operations to better serve animals and the families who love them.
How We Operate
CHARM Rescue is currently a 100% foster-based organization, meaning our animals thrive in loving temporary homes while we diligently renovate our facility. This network allows our pets to recover, grow, and socialize in a supportive environment as they prepare for their permanent placement. We provide all necessary supplies and medical care, while our volunteer foster families provide the essential love and attention our animals need.
