Dalis to the Rescue serves as a passionate voice for animals that have none, striving to educate our community on the responsibilities of pet ownership to help lower rates of misunderstood and displaced animals.

A Journey of Compassion

What began as a personal passion for owner Dalis Hitchcock has blossomed into a community-supported mission. Originally rooted in her grooming salon, our work has grown through the incredible support of our neighbors, allowing us to provide critical care and find loving homes for hundreds of dogs, cats, birds, and even the occasional exotic animal.

How We Help

We believe no rescue is too big or too small, and we rise to the challenge for any animal in need. While our cats reside at our Alma location, our dogs thrive in a dedicated foster network, ensuring every animal receives the individualized care and attention they deserve before finding their forever family.
