Friends of Felines is dedicated to providing vital services to felines and their human companions throughout the Willamette Valley. We are a large, passionate group of individuals committed to the welfare of cats and people in our community.
Our journey began in 2004 when a handful of local, animal-loving volunteers recognized a significant need for more support for cats in the Salem area. What started with just a few foster homes has grown into a regional leader in feline welfare, driven by a commitment to compassion, education, and community.
In February 2021, we proudly moved into our permanent 5,000 square-foot home in Keizer, Oregon. Our facility allows us to provide more comprehensive care than ever before, featuring an adoption center, a fully equipped surgery suite, and a wellness clinic. We operate as a limited-admission rescue, blending the comfort of volunteer foster homes with our professional on-site amenities to give every cat the best start.
We are excited to help you find the perfect addition to your family. Our thoughtful adoption process is designed to select the best match for each individual cat or kitten and their future home, ensuring a joyful and lasting partnership. Whether you are looking for a young kitten or a distinguished senior, our team is here to support you every step of the way.
Ready to meet your new best friend? We invite you to view our currently available cats and kittens online or visit our adoption center in Keizer during our open hours. Together, we can continue to make a meaningful difference in the lives of animals, one cat at a time.
