Since 1953, MARL has served as a trusted pillar in the southeast Michigan community. We have grown into a forward-thinking organization that combines decades of experience with a deep commitment to providing every animal with the safety and healing they deserve.

We operate out of a state-of-the-art, 15,000-square-foot facility in Pontiac specifically designed with the animals' well-being as our top priority. We believe in the Quality of the Wait, ensuring that every dog and cat in our care receives the individualized behavioral support, medical attention, and enrichment they need to thrive while they find their forever home.
