Our Mission

Home At Last Dog Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to saving the lives of homeless dogs and changing lives, one pup at a time. We strive to provide a safe, loving path for dogs in need to transition into their forever homes.

Why We Rescue

Since 2008, our team of volunteers has rescued over 24,000 dogs from overcrowded shelters, puppy mills, and other unfortunate circumstances. We understand that every dog deserves a second chance, and we work tirelessly to ensure that our Superpups find the safety and care they deserve.

Our Foster-Based Model

We are not a shelter and do not operate a physical facility to house our dogs. Instead, we rely on a dedicated network of volunteer foster homes where our rescued dogs can decompress, learn to trust, and experience love in a home environment. By living with our volunteers, our dogs receive personalized attention that helps us learn their true needs and behaviors.
