The Verde Valley Humane Society is dedicated to making dreams come true for homeless pets throughout the Verde Valley. We believe that the adoption of homeless pets is our most important job.
Who We Are
As a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, we provide a healthy, caring environment for our shelter animals. By adhering to socially conscious sheltering principles, we facilitate the best possible outcomes for every cat and dog that finds their way to us.
How We Care
We provide a supportive shelter facility and an active foster network, which allows us to offer animals the extra help they need, especially when our shelter reaches capacity. Whether it is medical care and rehabilitation or simply finding a safe, temporary home, our staff and volunteers are committed to the well-being of every animal in our care.
