Precious Paws Animal Rescue is dedicated to alleviating animal suffering through prevention, intervention, and education, while ensuring companion animals find the love they deserve. We believe every domesticated animal has the right to be wanted, cherished, and protected.
A History of Compassion
Founded in 2001 by a dedicated group of Franklin, Pennsylvania citizens, we have grown into a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation entirely fueled by the passion of our volunteers. For over two decades, our community-supported efforts have focused on promoting the humane treatment of animals and managing feral cat populations.
Our Foster-Based Approach
As a foster-based rescue, our animals live in loving homes rather than a traditional shelter while they await their forever families. This special environment allows our volunteers to learn the unique personalities, habits, and quirks of each pet, ensuring we provide you with the most accurate information possible.
