Our Mission
The Prattville/Autauga Humane Society is dedicated to providing a safe, caring environment for homeless animals while working to find them permanent, loving homes. We are committed to standing up for those who cannot speak for themselves, promoting the importance of spay/neuter, and fostering healthy relationships between people and their pets.
Who We Are
Serving the Prattville/Autauga area, our non-profit organization is a small team with a big heart for animals. Each year, we provide shelter and care for more than 2,500 animals, working diligently to reunite lost pets with their rightful owners and advocate against animal neglect, abuse, and cruelty.
Our Care Model
Our facility at 1009 Reuben Road serves as a hub of compassion, where our staff works daily to meet the physical and emotional needs of our animals through feeding, exercise, and essential socialization. Every pet in our care is vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed or neutered prior to adoption, ensuring they are healthy and ready for their next chapter.
