Our Mission
The Chattahoochee Humane Society is dedicated to protecting, caring for, and advocating for homeless and neglected animals. We strive to create a compassionate community where every pet finds a loving home and a bright future.
Building a Brighter Future
Serving Chambers County and the surrounding community, we became a proud no-kill shelter in 2023. Since then, we have expanded our facility to include over 47 kennels, specialized puppy spaces, and dedicated medical intake areas to better serve the animals who need us most.
Our Care Model
Our shelter operates as a hub of compassion, where a passionate team of staff and volunteers provides around-the-clock care, medical support, and socialization. By partnering with dedicated fosters, rescues, and community members, we ensure every animal receives the individualized attention they deserve while waiting for their forever family.
