The Humane Society of Elmore County is dedicated to ensuring the best possible quality of life for animals by promoting humane care, preventing cruelty, and stopping pet overpopulation through education and advocacy. Our Care Model
As an open-admission shelter, we provide daily care for 250-300 animals, working tirelessly to find them loving, lifetime homes. Our dedicated team manages the health and well-being of thousands of domestic animals annually, ensuring each one receives the care and attention they deserve while awaiting their forever families.
