Northern Lights Regional Humane Society
Our Mission
The Northern Lights Regional Humane Society is dedicated to protecting animals and preventing cruelty through the provision of medical attention, food, and shelter. We strive to place every animal in a permanent, loving home.
Who We Are
As a non-profit, member-supported organization, we serve the High Level community with a focus on compassion and public education. We believe that by promoting responsible pet ownership, we can build a safer, happier world for our companion animals.
How We Help
We operate out of the Town of High Level Animal Control Facility, where we provide care for impounded animals. Once an animal becomes part of the NLRHS family, we ensure they receive a thorough health assessment, necessary vaccinations, and spay or neuter surgery before they begin their journey to adoption.
Finding Your Perfect Companion
Adoption is a joyful partnership, and our goal is to match you with a pet that fits your unique lifestyle. Our dedicated team provides support throughout the process, ensuring both you and your new family member are set up for a lifetime of happiness together.
Get Involved
Whether you are looking to adopt, volunteer, or simply learn more about our work, we invite you to connect with us. Visit our shelter in High Level, call us at 780-926-5520, or explore our website to discover how you can make a difference in the life of a homeless animal today.
