For the Luv of Paws II, Inc.
Our Mission
For the Luv of Paws II is dedicated to rescuing neglected, abandoned, and unwanted animals from shelters, city streets, and unsafe living conditions. We strive to provide a clean, loving, and safe environment for every animal while working with our community to reduce the number of pets in need.
Our Story
Founded in 2005 by Cherie DaLynn, our organization was born from a tremendous need for a no-kill sanctuary in Mohave County, Arizona. Located on ten acres in Golden Valley, we have grown into a licensed 501(c)(3) non-profit, continuously supported by our dedicated board of directors and local volunteers.
A Dedicated Sanctuary
As a no-kill sanctuary, we care for an average of 200 dogs and cats each month. All our animals receive professional veterinary care, necessary immunizations, and are spayed or neutered before finding their forever homes. For those animals who may be unadoptable due to illness or special needs, we provide a lifetime of love and care within our facility.
Partnering for a Lifetime
We believe that adoption is a joyful partnership, and we are committed to finding the perfect match for both our animals and your family. Our team conducts a thoughtful screening process, including home checks for dog adoptions, to ensure each pet enters a secure and nurturing environment. This careful approach helps us ensure that our rescued friends transition successfully into their new lives with you.
