Sun Cities 4 Paws Rescue, Inc.
Our Mission
Sun Cities 4 Paws Rescue is dedicated to promoting the physical and psychological well-being of cats by providing a safe haven and finding them loving, adoptive homes. We strive to be experts in cat welfare and believe in creating a lasting, measurable impact on the feline community we serve.
A Legacy of Compassion
Founded in 1996 by a small group of women, our rescue was born from a desire to address the needs of homeless animals in the Sun Cities area. Over the past three decades, we have grown from a small trailer to a dedicated rescue center and medical facility, fueled by a deep commitment to compassion and excellence.
How We Care for Our Cats
As a non-profit, no-kill organization, we operate through a dedicated team of staff and volunteers who provide medical care, evaluation, and socialization. Our cats reside in our Peoria shelter, our Youngtown adoption center, and with a robust network of over 50 foster families who provide extra love to kittens, seniors, and those with specific medical needs. This collaborative approach ensures every cat receives the individual attention they deserve while awaiting their forever family.
Your Partner in Adoption
We believe that successful adoptions are built on thoughtful matching and transparent communication. By focusing on the unique welfare and personality of each cat, we help you find the perfect companion for your lifestyle, ensuring that human-animal bonds remain strong and meaningful for years to come.
