The Homeless Cat Network is dedicated to improving the lives of community cats living in San Mateo County through lifesaving initiatives and compassionate care. We strive to create a better future for every feline we touch, focusing on population control and direct rescue efforts.

Our work is rooted in the belief that every cat deserves a safe, healthy life. By providing essential services like Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR), responsible colony management, and extensive community outreach, we address the needs of homeless cats directly where they live.
Our Care Model
We are an all-volunteer, non-profit organization that relies on a network of loving local foster homes to socialize our rescue cats and kittens. For those needing additional support, our dedicated team provides safety and TLC at our specialized Socialization Center. This blend of home-based fostering and center-based care ensures each cat receives the attention they need to thrive before finding their forever family.
