Wags and Whiskers Pet Rescue
Our Mission
At Wags & Whiskers Pet Rescue, our mission is simple: every animal deserves care. We are dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming animals in need, turning the dream of a forever home into a reality.
Our History and Community
Since 2015, we have been serving our community as a 501(c)(3) non-profit based in Chico, California. We believe in keeping families together and pets healthy, which is why we go beyond adoptions to provide affordable services like spay and neuter procedures, a food bank, and pet boarding.
How We Help
Everything we do is driven by a deep commitment to animal welfare. Our dedicated team and volunteers work tirelessly to provide a safe, nurturing environment for our rescues. Before leaving our care, every animal is spayed or neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and dewormed to ensure they are ready for their new life.
Your Best Friend Awaits
Adoption is a joyful partnership, and we are here to help you find your perfect match. Our process is designed to be supportive, offering meet and greets, helpful training resources, and curated starter kits to ensure your new family member settles in fast. When you adopt, you aren't just gaining a pet; you are gaining a best friend and a unique story of love.
