Our Story
Our center was founded to honor the memory of Miss Winkles, an affectionate and playful West Highland Terrier whose spirit lives on through our work. Supported by David McDonald, our facility stands as a tribute to that special bond between pets and the people who love them.
A State-of-the-Art Haven
As the premier animal care facility in the Valley, we take pride in our state-of-the-art adoption center that lovingly cares for up to 150 animals at a time. We utilize advanced sanitizing technologies, modern air filtration systems, and the dedication of our professional staff and volunteers to ensure every pet stays healthy and comfortable. Our animals come to us through our partnership with the Clovis Animal Receiving & Care Center, serving as the dedicated adoption facility for Clovis Animal Services.
