I.C.A.R.E. Dog Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to saving the lives of dogs in need through rescue, rehabilitation, and finding loving forever homes. We strive to create a more compassionate community by raising awareness about rescue practices and responsible pet ownership.
Our Story
Founded in the fall of 2010, I.C.A.R.E. (Into Canine Adoption, Rehabilitation, and Education) began with a commitment to step up for the dogs no one else would. Our team is driven by the heart, never letting a dog’s history of abuse, neglect, or physical condition limit our ability to help those in need.
How We Operate
We are a 100% volunteer-run organization that operates through a dedicated network of foster homes rather than a central facility. By placing dogs in safe, nurturing foster environments, we provide the stability and care necessary for them to thrive as they recover from their pasts. This model allows our dogs to blossom in a home-like setting while they wait for their perfect match.
