Pawsitive Connections Inc
Our Mission
Pawsitive Connections is dedicated to cultivating the human-animal bond by rescuing dogs in need and finding them loving, lifelong homes. We believe that every dog deserves a fresh start with a family perfectly suited to their unique personality.
Our Story
Founded in the Spring of 2010, Pawsitive Connections emerged as a no-kill, 501(c)3 nonprofit rescue organization. We focus our efforts on helping dogs rescued from California Central Valley shelters, where many are at risk of euthanasia, providing them with the safety and care they deserve.
How We Care
Based in Kingsburg, CA, our organization ensures that every dog in our care receives comprehensive medical attention before they begin their journey to a forever home. Our PC Pups are fully vetted, including spaying or neutering, microchipping, age-appropriate vaccinations, and routine deworming. This commitment to health ensures that our rescues are ready to thrive once they join your family.
The Perfect Match
We believe in the power of the human-to-animal connection and strive to build meaningful, lasting relationships between our rescues and potential families. Our dedicated team of staff and volunteers takes great pride in our ability to match every dog with the right home. By considering essential factors like temperament, energy level, and size, we help ensure a successful transition for both the pet and the adopter.
Connect With Us
We invite you to meet our wonderful dogs and see who might be the perfect addition to your household. You can join us for our weekly adoption events held on Saturdays in San Jose, or reach out to us directly in Kingsburg to schedule an appointment. For more information or to start your adoption journey, please call or text us at (559) 393-1946 or visit our website to browse our currently available dogs.

9/29 - Meet Nod! 🐾 This 4-month-old cattle dog mix is smart, loyal, and ready to be your personal trainer. 😂 He’s in foster care, where he takes pack walks for MILES every day and gets along great with the other dogs. Apparently, his little legs didn’t get the memo that he’s still a puppy. Nod is expected to be medium-sized and is looking for an active human who enjoys long walks and a furry shadow who will judge them if they skip leg day. 🐕🦺 Coming to PetSmart this Saturday October 3rd from apx 11-5. #pawsitiveconnections #rescue
