Our Mission
Kitty Bungalow is a community cat organization and kitten socialization facility dedicated to providing life-saving services for the most vulnerable felines. We are committed to changing lives through dedicated care, socialization, and finding permanent, loving homes for our students.
The Why
We focus our attention on the cats and kittens coming from the streets of Los Angeles, whether through our Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) work or by pulling from LA Animal Services. As a 501c3 and no-kill facility, we believe that community support and collaboration are the keys to creating the best life-saving strategies for animals in need.
How We Work
Our organization serves as a charm school for wayward cats, where an incredible family of volunteers and foster parents provides a safe environment for our residents. We utilize fear-free socialization techniques to transform street cats from 'Hiss to Home,' ensuring they are healthy, vaccinated, and ready for adoption. We take pride in our ability to manage large-scale TNR operations while simultaneously providing a secure, nurturing space for underage kittens to grow.
