Our Mission
Little Bean's Cat Cafe is dedicated to saving the most vulnerable cats and kittens in Santa Clara County and Los Banos by fostering meaningful connections between our rescued friends and the community. We work to lower shelter euthanasia rates for feral, stray, and community cats by providing a safe, cage-free environment for them to thrive.
Our Story
The cafe serves as the public adoption and fundraising center for Feral Freedom Northern California, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We are named in honor of a precocious kitten whose time with us was all too brief, serving as a reminder of why our work in rescuing kittens born in feral colonies and supporting abandoned friendly adults is so vital.
Our Unique Care Model
We are a foster-based rescue, meaning the majority of our cats and kittens are cared for by dedicated volunteers in the comfort of their own homes rather than a traditional shelter kennel. When our rescues are ready to find their forever families, they are introduced to our cage-free cat cafe in Morgan Hill to mingle, play, and show their true personalities to potential adopters.
