Wild Blue Cats! is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to rescuing cats and kittens who are abandoned, abused, neglected, or displaced, ensuring they find loving permanent homes or compassionate sanctuary care.

Located in the beautiful Black Forest area of Northeast Colorado Springs, we serve as a refuge for felines who might otherwise have no place to go. We are deeply committed to preventing the euthanasia of treatable animals, believing it should be a last resort reserved only for those facing severe illness or extreme discomfort.
A Haven for Every Cat
Our approach blends a unique, communal shelter environment with an extensive foster network to meet the diverse needs of the animals in our care. Our sanctuary features comfortable indoor housing and protected outdoor catios, while our specializedMaya’s Friends enclosure provides a safe space for shy or feral cats to live peacefully. From neonatal kittens in foster homes to our working barn cat program, every cat receives spay/neuter services, vaccinations, and the professional care they deserve.
