Our Mission
At Rocky Mountain Feline Rescue, we believe every cat deserves a second chance. We are dedicated to providing shelter, medical care, and compassion to homeless cats and kittens until they find their loving, permanent homes.
A History of Care
Since 1982, we have been a steadfast advocate for feline welfare in the Denver Metro Area. As a nonprofit organization, we are proud to be fully funded by our community, ensuring that vulnerable cats from high-risk environments receive the support they need to thrive.
Our Approach to Sheltering
We operate as a limited-intake shelter, which allows us to provide specialized, individualized attention to every cat in our care. Our facility features enriching indoor and outdoor spaces designed to reduce stress and encourage natural socialization, helping each cat reveal their true personality while they wait for their forever family.

10/15 - 💗 Meet Hollis 💗 At just 4 months old, Hollis is a little bundle of love, playfulness, and purrs! 😻 This sweet girl absolutely loves being held and has so much affection to share. Hollis has cerebellar hypoplasia (CH), also known as “wobbly-cat syndrome.” It affects her balance and coordination, so she needs a little extra time, a safe environment, and a home set up to help her thrive. ❤️ CH is non-painful and non-progressive, meaning it doesn’t get worse over time! Hollis may need some extra care, but she has just as much love to give back.
