Colorado Kitty Coalition
Our Mission
The Colorado Kitty Coalition is a dedicated, non-profit rescue committed to our mission: to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home cats in need. We work tirelessly to ensure that every feline is given the time, medical care, and love necessary to thrive in a permanent, happy home.
Our Journey
Based in the foothills of Colorado’s Rocky Mountains, our journey began with a simple goal: to provide a real chance at a better life for cats and kittens. From our roots as a passionate group of volunteers, we have grown into a thriving community that has helped countless cats find their forever families.
How We Help
We operate as a foster-based rescue, supported by a network of over 100 foster homes that provide a safe, loving environment for our cats. By prioritizing home settings over kennels, we ensure a smoother, less stressful transition for every animal. With the 2024 opening of our shelter, we now combine this personalized foster care with a dedicated physical space to rescue more cats from at-risk situations than ever before.
A Perfect Match
We believe that adoption is a joyful partnership, and we are here to guide you through every step of the process. Our team works closely with each adopter to ensure that every cat’s unique personality and needs are matched perfectly with your lifestyle. Whether you are a first-time pet parent or a seasoned cat lover, we are proud to help you find your new best friend.

10/22 - Hi, it’s me, Amber. I’m the Lead that fell in love 👋 So grateful to @morgannepatterson @pickaroonah for reaching out to CKC so our team could say yes to Calypso. And for every volunteer who took the time to work with her when we were already struggling with the task load. Welcome home baby girl. This is love 😻 #cat #kitten #rescue #foster
