NOCO Humane is an independent nonprofit working to further the compassionate, safe, and responsible relationship between animals and people. For over 50 years, we have been dedicated to creating forever families throughout northern Colorado.

Setel took on the leadership role on March 2, relocating with her husband, Philip, from Seattle. She is filling in for Judy Calhoun, who announced her retirement in April 2025 but was committed to staying until NOCO Humane hired its next CEO.
