Happy Cats Haven
Our Mission
Happy Cats Haven is a local, independent nonprofit dedicated to rescuing homeless cats and kittens and finding them loving forever homes. We strive to make life better for all cats through adoption, support, and education.
Our Story
What began as a dream in 2011 to give Colorado Springs cats a second chance has grown into a vital community resource. We exist to replace fear with hope, ensuring every cat in our care receives the respect and comfort they deserve.
Our Approach
Our comfortable, cage-free Haven provides a safe, welcoming environment for our residents. As a limited-admission rescue, we prioritize the physical and behavioral needs of every cat, treating them with Fear Free handling to ensure they thrive while awaiting their next chapter.
The Adopter Connection
We believe in creating thoughtful, personalized matches that honor each cat's unique personality and your family's needs. By taking a slower, more intentional approach to adoptions, we help deepen the bond between you and your new companion, setting everyone up for a lifetime of successful friendship.
