Colorado Puppy Rescue

Our Mission

Colorado Puppy Rescue is a licensed, no-kill, non-profit organization dedicated to saving very young puppies and their mothers. We believe in providing a safe, nurturing haven for these vulnerable animals as they wait for their forever homes.

Why We Do It

We work tirelessly to address the needs of puppies and mama dogs in our community and beyond. By partnering with shelters across Colorado, New Mexico, Kansas, and Texas, we are able to reach those in the greatest need and provide them with the medical care and enrichment they deserve.

Our Care Model

We are a 100% foster-based organization, which means our puppies are cared for by dedicated volunteers in loving home environments. This model ensures that every puppy receives individualized attention and a comfortable, clean space while they grow. Our facility in Parker, CO, serves as a hub for our operations, where our team and foster network coordinate to provide veterinary support and social development.

Finding Your Perfect Match

We are committed to thoughtful, transparent adoptions that create lifelong bonds between pets and their new families. Our process—which includes applications, orientation, and adoption events—is designed to help you find the right fit for your household. We are here to support you every step of the way as you welcome a new member into your home.

10/26 - EDITING TO ADD: Before commenting hateful words to our amazing fosters, please take the time to read the pinned comment. These chairs are not for aesthetics, they are medically necessary. Bailey chair? No problem! Takis and Cheeto might need a little extra help at mealtime, but these two are becoming pros! Their foster sent us this video of them during dinner, and it’s clear they’ve got their routine down. They’ve got the chairs, they’ve got the skills, and now they just need furever families ready to add a cute puppy in a Bailey chair to their dinner routine. Who says dinnertime can’t come with a little extra cuteness? ❤️ Learn more about Takis and Cheeto at www.coloradopuppy.org/available-puppies Takis and Cheeto are available by reservation only, so if one of these cuties has stolen your heart, make sure to grab a reservation ticket for Saturday! That way, you can be sure your favorite will be there waiting for you.
