Our Story
Our journey began with founders Mark and Linda Greenberg, who started by rescuing stray animals from the streets. What began as a house filled with rescued pets grew into a dedicated passion, leading to the creation of our state-of-the-art, 36,000-square-foot facility in Bloomfield, Connecticut, designed to provide the highest level of care for our residents.
The Simon Foundation Standard
We operate a professional, full-service rescue and adoption center where every animal is treated with dignity. Our facility features climate-controlled kennels, spacious cat living quarters, and a dedicated training room where our staff and volunteers help prepare our dogs for their new lives. We provide medical care, including spay/neuter services, vaccinations, and micro-chipping, ensuring every pet is ready to join a loving family.
